There are more than 100 different Instructional Design models, but almost
all models are generic ADDIE model. It’s the systematic approach to creating
instructional material and activities. ADDIE aims for a learner centric
approach to instructions, which is distinct from the traditional
teacher-centric approach.
Suntec also follow this model of instructions. Suntec’s Instructional
Design team can create comprehensive, interactive employee training programs
that take into account the learning style of all participants.

ANALYSIS Phase
This phase is the foundation of all other phases of instructional design. In
this phase we look for learner needs, identify the problem such as lack of
specific skill, and determine the possible solution.
4
DESIGN Phase
The outcome of Analysis phase creates blueprint for the instruction. This
blueprint, called a Design Document, covers the training needs,
instructional strategies, content and creative treatment. The document is
invaluable for keeping the project on track.
4
DEVELOPMENT Phase
This phase uses the output of both Analysis and Design phase. During this
phase we develop the instructions, the media to be used in the instruction,
and any supporting documentation. This may include the CBT, WBT, practice
material, workbooks or slides.
4
IMPLEMENTATION Phase
This phase refers to the actual delivery of the instruction. This could be
classroom-based , lab-based, computer-based or web-based.
4
EVALUATION Phase
The Evaluation phase measures how effectively the training program
accomplished its stated goals.
Suntec recognizes that some training projects require specialized content
development, and we offer just the flexibility to meet those needs. Whether
it has changes in a training program that's already been developed, or the
complete authoring of training material from workbooks and paper documents,
Suntec offers the capabilities to meet your requirements. Our courseware
development team provides the complete solution for Custom Courseware
Development, from the research and development of material, to storyboard
creation, to courseware creation and testing. Our Courseware Development
team has experience building AICC/SCORM- compliant courseware for a variety
of learning management systems and a broad range of platform and bandwidth
criteria.

TEAM’S WORK
When complete development of training material is required, Suntec works
with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to make the best quality training
material. In many cases, our customers have already performed extensive
research and development of the subject material, and our team focuses on
working the material into a single, integrated training product. In
remaining cases, Suntec Training Team has worked directly with the customer
to develop subject material from “scratch," including the authoring of
material and interactive work to enhance the training experience.

serves as the pillar of the value we deliver to our clients. With a QA staff
